Wednesday is the Day!

So after taking a long 2 weeks off and missing the first few weeks of training for my first half marathon of the year. (Martian--April 2nd) I am ready and ok'd to start running Wednesday morning. Yahoo!!!! With the big winter storm coming the YMCA treadmill will be calling my name. Kim my running coach...lol...will have a nice speed workout for me to handle my first day back.
Oh how I have missed the concentration of landing on my forefoot, counting my candence and reseting my self. I just ripped my training guide out Women's Running Magazine today. I am jumping right to week 4..god help me. The guide is titled "Your fastest Half Marathon". So here we go...the training begins for my first sub 2 hour run. I have tried and tried to do this numerous times so I am taking a different training approach! I am hoping it will work! So here is to 40 more hours of rest....and then let the running begin! sara
